Yacht Charter Options
There are two ways in which to enter - charter through our partners or bring your racing yacht.
Both options include all regatta functions inclusive of sumptuous food and drink for breakfast, lunch and dinner; everything required for great racing - breathable sailing gear, company logos on boat, a company battle flag; and an incredible experience. The only thing you will need to decide upon is your accommodation.
Charter options also include professional crew and insurance.
"Race" Charter Option
- Top quality race prepared Beneteau 40.7 yacht (please see list of available boats at the bottom of this page)
- Professional skipper and professional crew member included in the price
- Includes places for 8 competitors (9 if you require only a professional skipper)
- Ideal for company team building or corporate hospitality

For experienced sailing crews, 1 professional crew can be replaced by your own team member (a professional skipper must be on board at all times). Please contact us for details.
All "Race Charter" yachts are supplied by our event organisers Activ Power and Sail, who provide a high quality service and the best Beneteau 40.7's in the Solent. All yachts are race-prepared and include top quality race sails and equipment. Full details and specification of each yacht can be supplied on request (please see list of available boats at the bottom of this page) .
A refundable (after any damage costs) security deposit is required on all charter boats (to be paid 30 days in advance of the event start date).
Own Boat*
To ensure close quarters racing we would like to have the same class of yachts racing. However, we are also conscious of costs and for those with your own boat we will allow similarly matched yachts, at the Regatta Committee's discretion, to the enter the regatta. Only 2 professional crew will be allowed on Race class yachts.
Own boat packages include all regatta functions inclusive of sumptuous food and drink for breakfast, lunch and dinner, company logos on boat, company battle flag, mooring fees, regatta insurances (you must supply evidence of your own racing insurance) and an incredible experience. Own boat entries will have to be at Ocean Village on the Tuesday afternoon before the event for graphics to be applied.

"Mixed Team" Options for Individual Participants
If you do not wish to take a full charter option but would like a place(s) on board a yacht please register your interest to join a mixed team. What better way to make new friends and to network on and off the water? We will endeavour to match your skills to a suitable boat.

Luxury Motor Yacht
If you prefer the comfort, stability and power of twin 1500 horse power engines one of several luxury motor yachts are available for hire for the event; perfect for corporate hospitality. The vessels can accommodate up to 40 people and can be viewed prior to the event. Please register for further information.

Additional Places at the Sponsor's Dinner
There are a limited number of additional places available for non-racers at the Sponsor's Dinner on Thursday night - please let us know how many you require and we'll get back to you with costs and availability.
Accommodation
For all the hardy sailors there will be berths aboard the Beneteau 40.7 race yachts! For those who prefer shore based accommodation this will need to be booked separately. Some options are available here.
